What we collect
When you join the founding list, we collect what you enter: your name, email, mobile number (optional), whether you are a student or a parent, school, year, move-in timing, budget, group size, housemate preference, the features that matter to you and how you heard about us. We also record which page you joined from and any campaign tags in the link you used.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about Tenure HTX homes, build updates, pre-leasing and leasing, and to understand demand so we build what students want. We do not sell your information.
Texts and emails
We only text you if you gave us a mobile number and checked the consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Cookies and advertising
We may use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok to measure how people find us and to show our ads to people who may be interested. These tools can use cookies or similar technology. You can control ad preferences in those apps and in your browser settings.
Who handles your data
Our website and form are hosted by Netlify. We may share your information with service providers who help us run leasing and communications, and only for that purpose.
